* any student unable to attend a meeting needs to let me know ahead of time, if you are a homeroom rep please be sure to let your homeroom teacher know so they can be sure the other reps are there.

GOALS
This year we're going to focus on involving as many students as possible in our activities. As a school, we need to support each other and get excited about the accomplishments of our students whether they are in band or sports or on the honor roll. We hope to reach all students in our school!
General Information about Kelvin Grove's Student Council
The purpose of Student Council is to promote good citizenship, encourage a high standard of scholarship, arouse a spirit of pride within our school, improve leadership qualities and confidence, demonstrate a practical application of democracy, and contribute to the welfare of the school community.
We take these goals seriously and expect our officers and members to dedicate time in order to accomplish these goals.
Expectations for officers and members include:
1. Must possess the ability to work well with others.
2. A desire and commitment to be involved with the council sponsored activities.
3. A desire and commitment to be involved with the council.
4. Act as a positive role model in and out of school.
5. Commitment to follow all school policies and rules.
6. Take a fair share of responsibilities in organizing and following through with activities.
7. Display a caring attitude towards ALL, work hard, and keep your grades up.
8. Represent ALL students.
