Dear Band and Chorus Ad Sponsors:
The Band and Chorus Parents of Kelvin Grove School, Lockport District 91,
are again printing a souvenir program to be given to the public during concerts
throughout the school year. Financial support from the ad book is one of the
main means of income for these music programs. The souvenir program will include
resume' information on each musical group, and will showcase the individuals,
businesses, and other groups who advertise. Those wishing to support our
students will be listed under the following categories: ·
Friends -- $10 (up to 10 words) ·
Patrons -- $25 (up to 25 words) ·
Sponsors -- $50 (2” x 4” - 1/4 page - business
card) ·
Benefactors -- $75 (4”x4” - 1/2 page) ·
Century Club -- $100 (4”x8” - full page)
The
Kelvin Grove Band, directed by Ms. Nicole Henn, and The Kelvin Grove Chorus, directed
by Mrs. Sarah Bush Randolph, continue a tradition of excellence in music
performance, and both groups consistently earn top honors in prestigious
competitions. The band and chorus
are made up of an ever-growing group of talented and hard-working students who
need your help. Some of the monies
raised through our ad book sales are used for upgrades to our sound and
recording equipment, which is shared with all the students at Kelvin Grove.
You can show your support for these wonderful programs by placing an ad
in the souvenir program, which will be given out to hundreds of area residents
at every concert -- you pay only once to have your ad seen all year!

before Wednesday, October 22nd.

Congratulations to the Kelvin Grove Chorus for earning FIRST Place at the District IL Grade School Music Association Contest held in Plainfield Saturday, March 20 at Troy Middle School in Plainfield. Thank you to all of the parents and friends who came and supported us at the contest. A SPECIAL THANKS to the Lockport Police Department for their Annual Police Escort back into town from earning FIRST Place! The Police Escort was one of the highlights of our day. We appreciate all of the positive support we receive from everyone. The Chorus will now go on to STATE Festival in Crystal Lake Saturday, April 24.

The Kelvin Grove
Chorus was selected as "Honors"Choir as an outstanding choir at the
State Illinois Grade School Music Contest held in Crystal Lake Saturday, April
24. Kelvin Grove Choir was one of three top choirs selected in the State. The
judges did not have to select any choir for this honor. Congratulations! We are
proud of your accomplishments!
