Things to Think About

bullet

Please remember that there is Math homework Monday thru Thursday. All math homework is to be completed in pencil unless the directions call for a crayon. Please do not allow your child to complete his/her homework in pen. Go over it with your child to make sure they understand the concepts and that all the answers are correct. Sign the homework and send it back the next day.

bullet

Remember to check your child's home folder and remove any corrected papers nightly. There have been forms sent home which will need to be returned for our files. Even if you do not choose to use the services, please return the forms indicating that.

bullet

Try to set aside some time each night to read with your child.  This is a great way to bond with your child, as well as boosting their confidence and ability in reading.

bullet

Continue to practice, at home, writing the letters and numbers correctly.  Watch for letters that may be backwards or not formed properly on the line.
