Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 (IDEA 2004), Section
616, requires all states to make determinations on the performance of
their local districts with regard to the provision of special education
and related services. The Illinois State Board of Education has reviewed
the following data fro LOCKPORT SD 91 from the 2005-2006 school year.
Based upon these data, the Illinois State Board of Education has
determined that LOCKPORT SD 92 Meets Requirements in
