Citizens of Milne-Kelvin Grove District 91 are invited and encouraged to attend public meetings of the School Board to observe its deliberations.  The Board holds business meetings at 7:30 pm on the second Tuesday of each month (SEE DATES BELOW) in the Learning Resource Center at Kelvin Grove School, 808 Adams Street. Special meetings are scheduled as required.  Get map

Board meeting dates are posted below.  Agendas are posted prior to each meeting and minutes are posted online after they are approved by the Board of Education. Agendas are posted on the windows at Kelvin Grove & Milne Grove Schools' main entrances. Board meetings at held in the Kelvin Grove School Learning Resource Center at 808 Adams Street in Lockport unless otherwise indicated below.

Agendas are also posted at the main entrance of Kelvin Grove Middle School and Milne Grove Elementary School.

Agendas for Board meetings are prepared by the District Superintendent and distributed the Friday preceding each meeting. Items are listed as “informational” or “action.” For copies of an agenda or meeting summary call 838-0737 x106; for information about an agenda item call, 838-0737x 107.  Agenda and minutes can also be accessed by clicking on the corresponding links listed below.

Time is allowed on the agenda of each business meeting for citizens to address the Board of Education.

COMMITTEES & WORK SESSIONS

Meetings of Board committees and work sessions are held to examine subjects in greater depth than is possible during business meetings. No action is taken by the Board at work sessions.
