- Assist the Director of Informational Technology, Principals, and Curriculum Coordinator with school-related technological matters to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the school building with an awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies

Minimum Qualifications:

- Two years of college coursework related to technology (preferred)

Evaluation:

Essential Job Functions:
- Provide support and first-level troubleshooting on technology issues. Report major technical issues to the Technology Director
- Repair and maintain student Chromebooks; such as replacing screens, keyboards, and other components.
- Assist with processing warranty claims and repair of technology devices.
- Assist in the install and configuration of new and existing computer hardware/software
- Travel between two locations - both Milne Grove and Kelvin Grove
- Serve as resource to staff on technology issues
- Assist with the Technology Help Desk
- Document problems and/or resolutions using the Ticketing System
- Assist in set-up for A/V needs (i.e. movie nights, assemblies, etc)
- Assist in maintaining copiers and printers, including managing toner inventory and placing service calls when needed
- Assist in supporting the administration of computerized state testing (IAR, ACCESS, NWEA Map, AIMSweb, FastBridge, ISA)
- Assist in preparing schools for the start of the school year
- Assist in summer projects as needed
- Performs additional duties as assigned
- Bending, carrying, climbing, lifting, pushing-pulling, reaching, sitting, standing, and walking
- Must be able to occasionally lift, move, or push items of 30 lbs.
